       NORTHERN AND THE EASTERN SECTIONS OF LUZON WILL BE MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH SCATTERED LIGHT RAINS CAUSED BY THE TAIL END OF COLD FRONT BECOMING FREQUENT OVER NORTHERN LUZON DUE TO ADDED EFFECT OF THE NORTHEASTERLY WIND FLOW. THE REST OF THE PHILIPPINES  WILL  HAVE  PARTLY CLOUDY  SKIES AND SUNNY PERIODS EXCEPT FOR SOME CLOUDY PERIODS MOSTLY IN THE AFTERNOON.
