    EXTREME NORTHERN AND THE EASTERN SECTION OF LUZON WILL BE MOSTLY CLOUDY WITH OCCASIONAL LIGHT RAINS DUE TO THE TAIL END OF A COLD FRONT. THE REST OF LUZON DOWN TO PALAWAN WILL HAVE PARTLY CLOUDY AND CLOUDY SKIES AT TIMES WITH SOME ISOLATED  BRIEF AND LIGHT RAINS/RAINSHOWERS DUE TO THE NORTHEAST MONSOON. VISAYAS AND MINDANAO WILL HAVE PARTLY CLOUDY TO CLOUDY SKIES WITH SOME BRIEF RAINSHOWERS AND ISOLATED BRIEF THUNDERSTORMS MOSTLY OVER THE EASTERN AREAS DUE TO LOW LEVEL WIND CONVERGENCE.
